This is an initiation onto a new path, not a coaching program with a checklist. That distinction runs through everything.
I expect you to take full responsibility. For your body, your life, your psyche, your decisions, your growth. I am not here to hold your hand through every step. I am here to hand you a map and make sure you actually use it.
My availability is asymmetric by design. Some days I am fully out. You will be informed in advance. When I am in, I am properly in: focused, present, and more useful in five clear days than most coaches across a week of low-grade constant availability. One call per week. Telegram for what genuinely matters between sessions. No daily check-ins. No permission-granting on every decision.
The goal is not an improved version of your current situation. It is a different timeline. A different relationship to yourself. A different consciousness around what is actually possible.
The scope covers the full terrain. Physical architecture, psychological development, and spiritual orientation. That last part is not optional, and it is not religious. We will work on shadow, projection, and the inner architecture that shapes everything on the outside. You will read: one book of real substance per month, minimum. None of this requires a specific belief system. It requires a willingness to look honestly.
If you have the appetite for it, we use every tool that helps you see yourself clearly. Human Design, astrology, numerology, MBTI can orient the map. None of them is the work, and none is a new identity to hide behind. Deconditioning does not come through a chart. It comes through breaking the old patterns the chart only points at. (The one identity worth knowing is your type: a Manifestor moves differently, and that is worth knowing.)
The principles are mine. The application adapts to where you actually are: your environment, your situation, your starting point. This is not a plan you execute blindly. I need you to open your eyes and ears, meet the work halfway, and help find the right implementation for your reality. I want someone who thinks alongside me and pushes back when something does not fit. Not someone waiting for the next instruction.
I work with very few people and intend to keep it that way. I would rather take one less client and change someone's reality completely than spread thin. You are welcome to challenge me. I have seen most of what the fitness and nutrition industry produces and I can hear a real argument. What I will not do is open a scientific debate while 13 weeks are running. We have too much ground to cover for that. The work is implementation, not negotiation.
