The Work Together // 01

I work with a small group.

When I commit to working with someone, I am in their kitchen, in their movement, in their environment, and in their head. That is what holistic actually means, not as a buzzword, as a reality.

That scope takes an enormous amount of mental capacity. To be genuinely present for someone's entire system (food, movement, sleep, environment, nervous system, identity) means holding a lot at once. I have a high standard for myself in that. I want to extract everything I have learned, everything that took me years to piece together, and transmit it in 13 weeks.

Five is the upper limit where I can still do that without compromise. The moment I go beyond it, the depth disappears and this becomes a product instead of a process.

I call this an initiation. Not a coaching program. Because what changes in 13 weeks is not just what you do. It is who is doing it.

I read every application personally. I want to know where this person comes from, what he has faced, what is actually driving him to reach out. No summary tells me that. I need to read it.

The work asks real engagement throughout the week, not just showing up for the call. Movement, reflection, implementation. Alcohol is worth mentioning, not as a rule, but because it limits what the body can do here: detox slows, the nervous system gets noisier, access to yourself decreases. The occasional drink is not the issue. Running the system on chemical load while it is trying to reorganise. That is.

These are not suitable standards for most men in most life situations. Even someone who resonates deeply may not be ready for 13 weeks of structured, intensive work right now. That is timing, not judgment. The right moment is when you are actually ready, not just motivated.

What To Expect // 02

Recalibration.

Most people come into a coaching relationship expecting to be told what to do. Eat this. Train like this. Think about this differently. That is not what this is.

Everything we touch, from food and movement to sleep, environment, and identity, reaches further than most people expect. You will be challenged in areas you did not anticipate. You will see connections you did not know existed. You will leave with a different relationship to your own system.

The goal after 13 weeks is biological sovereignty: the capacity to read your own system and govern it. That is the outer work complete. The inner work only begins there.

What I expect from you is not perfection. It is honesty and consistent effort. Show up for the hard weeks, not just the ones that feel like progress. The men who get the most from this are the ones who report the truth even when it is uncomfortable, not the polished version.

Session Structure & Logistics // 03

The concrete reality of working together.

Duration

13 weeks, linear.

The container runs over a continuous 13-week period. We do not pause, skip, or stretch the timeline. Continuity is part of the work, the system needs consistent signal to change.

Calls

Weekly 1:1 coaching call.

One focused call per week. You and I review the previous week, what held, what broke, what the body printed. We identify the current constraint, correct the plan, and define one clear direction for the next week. No generic advice. No lists. One move at a time, calibrated to your terrain.

Platform

Google Meet or FaceTime for calls.

Weekly coaching calls take place via Google Meet or FaceTime. Between calls, all direct messaging happens through Telegram, the channel for questions, corrections, observations, and real-time contact.

Support

Direct, asymmetric support between sessions.

You have direct access to me via Telegram between calls. This is not a ticketing system and not round-the-clock hand-holding. It is real contact with a real response, for friction points, observations, and corrections that cannot wait until the next call. I am available Monday through Friday. Weekends are recovery time, for both of us.

Baseline

Complete Baseline Audit before we begin.

Before the first coaching call, you complete the Crown Alchemy Baseline Audit, a comprehensive mapping of your current system across state, rhythm, inputs, environment, load, alignment, digestion, sleep quality, structure, attention, and crown baseline. I do not guess. I map first, then move.

Language

German or English, your choice.

The coaching is conducted in the language that serves you best. German or English. Both work. Documentation is primarily in English.

How I Work // 04

Not a program.

This is an initiation onto a new path, not a coaching program with a checklist. That distinction runs through everything.

I expect you to take full responsibility. For your body, your life, your psyche, your decisions, your growth. I am not here to hold your hand through every step. I am here to hand you a map and make sure you actually use it.

My availability is asymmetric by design. Some days I am fully out. You will be informed in advance. When I am in, I am properly in: focused, present, and more useful in five clear days than most coaches across a week of low-grade constant availability. One call per week. Telegram for what genuinely matters between sessions. No daily check-ins. No permission-granting on every decision.

The goal is not an improved version of your current situation. It is a different timeline. A different relationship to yourself. A different consciousness around what is actually possible.

The scope covers the full terrain. Physical architecture, psychological development, and spiritual orientation. That last part is not optional, and it is not religious. We will work on shadow, projection, and the inner architecture that shapes everything on the outside. You will read: one book of real substance per month, minimum. None of this requires a specific belief system. It requires a willingness to look honestly.

If you have the appetite for it, we use every tool that helps you see yourself clearly. Human Design, astrology, numerology, MBTI can orient the map. None of them is the work, and none is a new identity to hide behind. Deconditioning does not come through a chart. It comes through breaking the old patterns the chart only points at. (The one identity worth knowing is your type: a Manifestor moves differently, and that is worth knowing.)

The principles are mine. The application adapts to where you actually are: your environment, your situation, your starting point. This is not a plan you execute blindly. I need you to open your eyes and ears, meet the work halfway, and help find the right implementation for your reality. I want someone who thinks alongside me and pushes back when something does not fit. Not someone waiting for the next instruction.

I work with very few people and intend to keep it that way. I would rather take one less client and change someone's reality completely than spread thin. You are welcome to challenge me. I have seen most of what the fitness and nutrition industry produces and I can hear a real argument. What I will not do is open a scientific debate while 13 weeks are running. We have too much ground to cover for that. The work is implementation, not negotiation.

Who I am looking for

  • Alert, self-aware, and genuinely purpose-driven. You have been building yourself for a while and you know something is still missing.
  • You resonate with the Acts. Not because they told you what you wanted to hear — but because they named something you already felt.
  • You are ready to bring your full internal complexity forward — the patterns, the contradictions, the parts you have not looked at closely — with honesty and without performance.
  • You want a process that is simultaneously practical and deep. Outer architecture and inner terrain. You understand these are not separate problems.
  • You take responsibility. You execute, report truthfully, and show up for the hard weeks — not just the ones that feel like progress.
  • You are ready to commit to full sobriety and real effort for 13 weeks. Not because someone told you to. Because you understand what the system needs to change.
  • You want to leave with sovereignty — not a dependency on a coach, a supplement stack, or an external authority telling you what your body needs.

This is probably not the right fit

  • You are looking for a protocol to follow without changing how you live. The protocol is not the problem.
  • You want fast, visible results or a guarantee. Neither is something I can honestly offer in this timeline.
  • You are still in an institution-trusting, expert-deferring mode — and not yet ready to question that framework seriously.
  • You need to debate every direction before moving. 13 weeks of structured work requires a different relationship to action.
  • The idea of sobriety, serious self-practice, or inner work feels unrealistic or unappealing right now.
  • You want the crown back without reconsidering the life that lost it.

Questions. Answered honestly.

Are you a licensed coach, therapist, or doctor? +

No to all three. I am an independent coach, not a licensed therapist, not a doctor, not a member of any professional coaching body or institution. That gives me the freedom to work directly, deeply, and without institutional blinkers on what is and is not allowed to be questioned.

The coaching does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you are dealing with acute symptoms or are on medication, consult a physician before making significant changes. I work with men who are fundamentally functional and ready to go deep, not men in acute crisis.

Is this only about hair loss, or something broader? +

Hair loss is the signal that brings most men here. It was mine too. But the hair is not the subject, the system behind it is. What we build together is a complete terrain rebuild: rhythm, inputs, nervous system, environment, structure, inner work. The crown is the receipt. We work on what is printing it.

Men come from different starting points, burnout, chronic dysregulation, stalled performance, identity questions. The entry point does not matter. The terrain is the terrain regardless of which signal brought you to it.

What does a weekly call actually look like? +

We meet once a week via Google Meet or FaceTime. Every call starts with your report: what held, what broke, what the body printed that week. I listen first without interrupting.

Then we go into the analysis, what was the actual constraint, what should have been corrected earlier, what the pattern underneath the surface event is telling us. We end with one clear direction for the coming week. Not a list. One move. Calls run 45 to 75 minutes depending on where we are in the container. Toward the end they get shorter, because by then you know what you are doing.

What does direct support between sessions mean in practice? +

Direct access via Telegram between calls, for real friction points, observations, and corrections that matter and cannot wait. This is not a ticketing system and it is not emotional availability on demand. It is asymmetric contact: you reach out when something is genuinely relevant, I respond with something useful.

I am available Monday through Friday. Weekends are recovery time, for me and, if you are doing this work seriously, for you too. What this is not is a nanny relationship. I want people who move consciously and reach out with real questions, not people who need permission before every decision.

How many clients do you work with at the same time? +

Maximum five. Because this touches all areas of a man's life simultaneously, kitchen, movement, environment, nervous system, identity, and doing that well takes a significant amount of mental capacity per person. I hold a high standard for what I deliver, and five is the number where I can still meet that standard without compromise.

In practice: I notice when something shifts. I notice when what you said three weeks ago does not match what you are reporting now. I see the patterns across time. That level of attention is only possible when the number stays manageable.

Is there a payment plan? +

Yes. The founding rate is paid in three monthly installments across the container. The standard rate can also be split monthly. Payment via Stripe or bank transfer (SEPA or international wire). All terms are set out in the coaching contract, signed before we begin.

Do you offer one-off sessions? +

Yes, for men who have already done significant work and want an extended terrain audit. A thorough review of where the system actually stands: what the real bottlenecks are, what is being missed, what the honest next direction looks like.

This requires real preparation on my end and genuine engagement on yours. It is not a discovery call with a price tag. Capacity for this is intentionally limited, my focus is long-term transformation, not consultation volume. If this is relevant for you, reach out on X first and we can assess whether it makes sense.

What happens if I am not accepted? +

You get a clear no, out of respect for your time. I will briefly explain why, not to judge, but to give you something useful. If the timing is wrong, I say that. If it is not the right fit, I say that too. A no now does not mean a no permanently. Some men apply again when something in their situation has shifted, and then it works.

What makes this different from other health or performance coaches? +

Most coaches operate in one layer. The protocol people: eat this, train like this, take these. The mindset people: here are your patterns, here is your shadow work. The holistic wellness crowd: who have taken reductionist science and put it in a natural-sounding frame, same foundation, different aesthetic. None of these approaches work in isolation because they are all dealing with parts of a system while calling it the whole.

I have no certifications. I have over twenty years of being wrong about my own body, tens of thousands spent on supplements that did not move the needle, every diet tried, every protocol tested, and eventually the slow, painful work of understanding what was actually driving the collapse. That is where this system came from. Not a textbook. Not a training. A life taken apart and rebuilt from the floor.
