Diagnosis Call
A 60-minute diagnostic call. Most coaching fails at entry because it takes the presenting complaint at face value and starts guessing. The Diagnosis Call does the opposite — it maps the full terrain across your biological, behavioural, and internal systems before any direction is set.
By the end of the call, you will have:
A domain-by-domain baseline — where your system is green, yellow, and red
Your state determined — DEFEND or BUILD — and what that means for pacing
Your top 3 bottlenecks — named clearly, ranked by what unlocks the most downstream
A clear first direction — 3–5 concrete anchors you can act on the next day
The Diagnosis Call is a standalone session. It is also the entry gate for the full 13-week coaching — every step in the program has a reason because the terrain was mapped first.
